About The Role
Mira Clinic is looking for a Telesales (English Speaker) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships effectively.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Be flexible to work extended hours when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Required Skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- **Medical tourism experience**
- Pay range and compensation package
- Basic Salary: 5,000 AED.
- Commission: 1,000 – 2,500 EUR commission 3%.
