Job Summary

  • Looking for a motivated and results driven Telesales Executive to join the real estate team.
  • Responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting real estate properties to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases
  • Generate and qualify leads for property sales and leasing
  • Promote real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain regular follow ups with prospective buyers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Update CRM systems with accurate client information and interactions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into leads
  • Coordinate with sales agents and management for closures

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles (real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and calling systems
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Basic knowledge of UAE real estate market is a plus

Pay

  • AED 3,000.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
