Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases
- Generate and qualify leads for property sales and leasing
- Promote real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team
- Maintain regular follow ups with prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Update CRM systems with accurate client information and interactions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into leads
- Coordinate with sales agents and management for closures
Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center roles (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
- Familiarity with CRM software and calling systems
- Basic knowledge of UAE real estate market is a plus
