About the Role

  • Blanco Thornton Properties is looking for ambitious, motivated, and results driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • Whether you are an experienced real estate professional or a fresher with excellent communication and sales skills, this is an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in Dubai's thriving real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and build a strong client network.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
  • Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Build long term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with the Dubai real estate market and current property trends.
  • Achieve individual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or any sales role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivated, confident, and target driven.
  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
