Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Klaut Advertising's services
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with existing and potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand client marketing requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or sales tracker
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover
- Prepare daily activity reports and sales updates
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and Klaut Advertising's service offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales
- Experience in advertising, digital marketing, media, or a related industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage)
- Strong convincing and objection handling skills
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
