Job Description

We are looking for confident and energetic **Telesales Executives** who can drive customer acquisition over the phone.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining our financial services, understanding customer needs, and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
  • Promote personal loans, business loans, and other financial services.
  • Build rapport with clients and assess their eligibility.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of company services and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center (preferred in financial sector).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and rejection.
  • Based in UAE with valid visa.
