Job Description
We are looking for confident and energetic **Telesales Executives** who can drive customer acquisition over the phone.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining our financial services, understanding customer needs, and closing deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Promote personal loans, business loans, and other financial services.
- Build rapport with clients and assess their eligibility.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of company services and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center (preferred in financial sector).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and rejection.
- Based in UAE with valid visa.
