About the Role

  • SFPS Group is looking for motivated Telesales & Account Executives to join our growing Dubai team.
  • This role is focused on outbound cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and developing new business opportunities across the EMEA region.
  • You will engage with IT decision makers, procurement teams, network engineers, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers across EMEA
  • Generate new business opportunities through telephone outreach
  • Book qualified meetings and appointments for Account Managers
  • Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, email outreach, and LinkedIn activity
  • Identify customer requirements and qualify opportunities
  • Introduce company products, solutions, and services professionally
  • Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates within CRM
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
  • Support sales growth through consistent prospect engagement

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Previous telesales, SDR, appointment setting, or account management experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
  • Microsoft Office and CRM experience preferred
  • Additional European languages are advantageous
