Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers across EMEA
- Generate new business opportunities through telephone outreach
- Book qualified meetings and appointments for Account Managers
- Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, email outreach, and LinkedIn activity
- Identify customer requirements and qualify opportunities
- Introduce company products, solutions, and services professionally
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates within CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
- Support sales growth through consistent prospect engagement
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Previous telesales, SDR, appointment setting, or account management experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers
- Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
- Microsoft Office and CRM experience preferred
- Additional European languages are advantageous

About the Role
- SFPS Group is looking for motivated Telesales & Account Executives to join our growing Dubai team.
- This role is focused on outbound cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and developing new business opportunities across the EMEA region.
- You will engage with IT decision makers, procurement teams, network engineers, and business leaders.
