About Us

  • Fyber Optix is a fast growing UK OEM with regional operations in the UAE, delivering high performance optical networking and connectivity solutions across the Middle East.

The Role

  • As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualifying potential customers, and booking meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research new business opportunities.
  • Prospect customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Fyber Optix products and solutions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales, telesales or business development experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Confident making outbound sales calls.
  • Organised, proactive and target driven.
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • IT, networking or technology sales experience is preferred but not essential.

Performance Targets

  • 30 outbound calls per day.
  • 30 personalised emails per day.
  • 20 LinkedIn outreach activities per day.
  • 5 qualified customer enquiries per day.
  • 2 booked meetings per day.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
