Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven **Telesales Executive (Arabic Speaker)** to contact potential students, promote our English programs, and convert leads into enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students using provided leads
- Explain iEnglish courses clearly in Arabic (basic English is a plus)
- Follow up with interested leads and close enrolments
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Fluent **Arabic speaker** (mandatory)
- Basic to good **English communication** skills
- Experience in tele sales, call centre, or education sales preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- UAE experience is an advantage
