Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Arabic and English fluency (required)

Overview
- iEnglish is looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with full cycle recruiting, and the ability to build relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate employment terms when appropriate.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
