Job Summary
Springfield Properties is seeking a Telesales representative for Dubai real estate.
The role involves contacting potential clients, promoting real estate projects, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings for the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors.
- Promote off-plan and secondary-market properties.
- Qualify leads based on client needs and investment goals.
- Maintain the CRM database of leads and follow-ups.
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with sales agents and marketing for smooth lead handling.
- Stay current on market trends and project launches.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- 1–2 years of telesales experience, with real estate experience preferred.
- Fluent English; Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or French is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
- Professional, positive, and target-driven approach.
