Role Overview
Join the team as a professional and customer-focused Call Center agent in a dynamic trading environment.
The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and efficient handling of client interactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and through face-to-face interactions.
- Provide detailed information about services and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- One to two years of experience in sales, call center, or a similar role is required.
- Trading or retail industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools is required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
