Job Summary
Madar Building Materials is seeking a Telesales Executive for its sales team.
The role requires proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu and focuses on promoting products and services by phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce products and services and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through communication and follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Handle objections and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu is essential.
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented approach with organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
