Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare invoices, LPOs, and delivery note entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Support VAT documentation and reporting.
- Assist the senior accountant in monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with sales and purchase departments for payment follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience; UAE experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to join immediately is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary is stated as AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
- Visa and medical insurance are provided.
- Annual leave is provided according to UAE Labour Law.
