Innovation IT Solutions is looking for a confident and target-driven Telemarketing Executive.
The role involves engaging customers over calls and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills are required.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment is required.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone is required.
- Knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, and English is preferred.
- Prior telemarketing or sales experience is advantageous.
