Job Overview
The HR Recruiter will manage recruitment activities in Dubai, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, candidate follow-up, and joining support.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule face-to-face and online interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on interview schedules and candidate requirements.
- Follow up with candidates after interviews regarding selection and joining status.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines, databases, records, and candidate information.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment activity reports.
- Track interviews, attendance, selections, joining status, and conversion rates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Support onboarding documentation and employee retention follow-up after joining.
