Job Description
We are looking for a **Telecommunication Assistant** to join our aesthetic clinic team.
The ideal candidate must be a **native Arabic speaker** with previous experience in an **aesthetic or medical clinic**.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments
- Coordinate with clinic departments to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain proper call records and patient information
- Provide excellent customer service and patient support
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic or medical clinic
- Excellent communication skills in **Arabic and English**
- Strong telephone handling skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
