Job Description

  • We are looking for a professional and customer focused Call Center Executive who is a native Arabic speaker.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field and a strong ability to handle patient interactions with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic professionally.
  • Assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and medical information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide high quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal medical teams when required.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center within the medical/healthcare field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare.
