Job Summary
- RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Telecom Maintenance Engineer to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks.
- The role is responsible for delivering safe and reliable passenger service with a focus on engineering, maintenance, and asset management for Communication Control Systems, including DTS, TEL, TETRA, TDS and UPS.
- The Telecom Maintenance Engineer will review technical documentation, develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures, manage Level 1 to 4 maintenance activities and support the enhancement of asset performance through best industry practices.
- The role also includes contributing to the Maintenance Management System (MMS), performance dashboards and ensuring efficient maintenance delivery across telecom systems.
- Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant engineering or maintenance experience, staff management capability and knowledge of Maximo or similar MMS/CMMS platforms.
