Job Summary
RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Soft Services Manager to join our team and drive service excellence across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks.
The role is responsible for ensuring high standards in cleanliness, waste management, and landscaping across all facilities, while exceeding contractual KPRs and maintaining compliance with FM contract requirements during both mobilisation and operational phases.
The Soft Services Manager will establish and implement processes to achieve high performance across FM scope, benchmark and analyse market practices to drive contractor performance, and maintain strong contractual partnerships to optimise value.
The role also focuses on enhancing asset performance through best industry practices, contributing to the development of the Maintenance Management System (MMS), and supporting ISO 55000, 9000, and 14000 certification activities related to subcontracted services.
