Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable distributed systems with service-oriented architectures.
• Create UML diagrams to document system designs and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
• Conduct system analysis and problem-solving to identify and address technical issues.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality and performance of implemented systems through rigorous testing and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst in Agile and Waterfall development.
• Experience building scalable distributed systems with service-oriented architectures.
• Knowledge of UML diagramming.
• Experience in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban is preferred.
• Ability to synthesize information into concise, logical summaries for audiences of varying technical backgrounds.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently on multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced, high-tech, customer service-oriented environment.
