The employer is seeking an experienced Kofax Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst for an enterprise technology environment.
The role works with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, technical teams, and operations teams.
The position translates business needs into functional and technical solutions involving document processing and workflow automation.
Required experience
- Experienced Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience in enterprise technology environments.
- Hands-on functional knowledge of Kofax TotalAgility or Tungsten TotalAgility.
- Strong understanding of OCR, ICR, document classification, data extraction, document capture, and intelligent document processing.
- Experience with workflow automation and document management solutions.
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation, process modeling, business rules, and functional specifications.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and RTMs.
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data mapping, metadata, and file-based interfaces.
Preferred skills
- Experience with Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams, architects, developers, QA, and operations teams on enterprise technology solutions.
- Analyze and document requirements for Kofax, OCR, document processing, workflow automation, and intelligent document processing solutions.
- Create business and functional requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Define business rules, process models, data mappings, metadata, APIs, integrations, and file-based interface requirements.
