Lifemark Health Group recherche un Telecom Analyst possédant de l’expérience en télécommunications, LTE et technologies de soutien.
Le poste contribue à la planification, à la coordination avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes et au fonctionnement optimal de l’infrastructure matérielle et logicielle.
La personne surveille les activités des fournisseurs, les ressources et la performance des services et tient la documentation à jour.
Responsabilités
- Fournir une expertise technique, de la planification et du soutien pour les services de télécommunications des opérations cliniques et du siège social.
- Concevoir, développer et soutenir les solutions RingCentral VoIP avec les équipes, opérateurs mobiles et parties prenantes.
- Planifier et coordonner le provisionnement du matériel, la gestion des fournisseurs et les rapports de performance réseau.
- Gérer les relations avec les parties prenantes et soutenir des processus solides de gestion des services.
- Identifier les tendances et problèmes de prestation des services et évaluer le fonctionnement des solutions.
