Work Arrangement
- This is a hybrid position requiring four days per week in the office and one day remote.
- The office is located at 1 Presidents Choice Circle in Brampton, Ontario.
Role Overview
Lifemark Health Group is seeking an experienced Development Team Lead for a permanent full-time position.
The role provides hands-on technical leadership and day-to-day guidance to application developers.
The team develops, modernizes, and supports critical business applications across national operations.
The role reports to the Director of Technology Delivery and Enablement.
Technical Leadership
- Lead solution design, application architecture, implementation approaches, and engineering standards.
- Translate business and solution requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
- Remain hands-on with complex solutions, prototypes, shared components, and difficult technical issues.
