Role Overview
The Telecom Analyst will support telecommunications services, LTE, infrastructure hardware and software, vendor activities, resource monitoring, and service documentation.
The role supports uninterrupted service operation and compliance with service commitments and service management processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical planning, consultation, provisioning, and operational support for telecommunications services.
- Design, develop, and support RingCentral VOIP solutions with carriers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate hardware provisioning, vendor management, network performance reporting, and service delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, product-plan communications, and service management processes.
- Analyze performance trends and service issues and report on solution operations.
- Provide subject matter expertise on VOIP and telephony solutions.
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of mobile broadband, data network operations, VOIP, legacy telecommunications, and network infrastructure.
