About the Role

- Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to company provided leads
- Introduce real estate projects and investment opportunities to potential clients
- Qualify leads and identify interested buyers and investors
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client engagement
- Update lead status and call records in the CRM system
- Transfer qualified leads to senior property consultants
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, call center, customer service, or similar role
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and email)
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Real estate experience is an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: AED 2,500 per month.
