Star 5 Realty is seeking a confident Female Telecaller to make 200-300 outbound calls daily to company-provided leads, introduce Dubai real estate projects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Make 200–300 outbound calls daily to company provided leads
- Introduce Dubai real estate projects and investment opportunities to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and identify genuine buyers and investors
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular client engagement
- Update lead status, call notes, and follow up activities in the CRM system
- Transfer qualified leads to Senior Property Consultants
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets while maintaining high quality customer interactions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, call center, customer service, or similar role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in at least one additional language (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Russian, Tagalog)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and email
- Ability to work in a target driven environment

Requirements

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette.
- Strong persuasion and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and email.
- Ability to work in a target driven environment.
- Real estate experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Comfortable handling high volume outbound calls.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: AED 3,000 per month
- Uncapped performance based commissions
- Top performers earn AED 8,000–12,000+ per month
