Role Description
The Telecaller is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role handles outbound and inbound calls with prospective and existing clients to introduce properties, explain services, and generate qualified sales leads.
The position supports client follow-up, property viewing coordination, sales-agent collaboration, and telephone promotion of current marketing offers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain call logs and update client information in internal systems or CRM tools.
- Follow up on inquiries to schedule property viewings or meetings.
- Answer questions about available listings, basic pricing, and company services.
- Coordinate with sales agents and share feedback from clients.
- Support marketing campaigns by promoting current offers over the phone.
- Provide a professional and courteous phone experience to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and a confident phone presence are required.
- Basic customer service and relationship-building skills are required.
- Candidates should be able to maintain accurate records and handle multiple calls efficiently.
- Comfort with telephony systems, CRM or lead management tools, email, and spreadsheets is required.
- Good command of English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is advantageous.
- Real estate knowledge is beneficial, while previous telecalling, call center, customer support, or sales support experience is preferred but not required.
- The role requires full-time on-site work in Dubai and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
