This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role contacts prospective and existing clients, introduces company services, discusses properties, and generates leads for the sales team.
The position involves a fast-paced environment, client communication, database updates, appointment scheduling, and sales support.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the customer database.
- Explain property details, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments or viewings.
- Follow up with leads to support conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues.
- Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Meet individual and team performance and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to manage high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Customer service orientation, patience, problem-solving ability, and rapport-building skills.
- Basic real estate knowledge or willingness to learn market trends and property types.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other regional languages are advantageous.
- Comfort with office software, phone systems, and online communication tools.
- Previous telecalling, call center, customer support, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and meet performance and quality standards.
