We’re Hiring – Female Tele Sales Representative
We are looking for a confident, results-driven Female Tele Sales Representative with proven experience in telephone-based sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships over the phone, and consistently achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information
- Build strong rapport with clients and handle objections professionally
- Follow up on leads and provide timely updates to the sales manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven tele sales/tele sales experience
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working with CRM software and MS Office tools
- Must be based in UAE or available to join immediately
