- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and field activities
- Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to identify and qualify potential clients
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site visits
- Present available properties and projects, explaining key features, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process to ensure successful closings
- Maintain consistent follow ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions
- Build and nurture long term client relationships for repeat business
- Stay informed about market trends, new project launches, and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on lead generation and sales activities
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in real estate preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently

Job Overview

Requirements
- 1 year of experience in real estate is preferred.
- Exceptional fresh candidates with strong communication and sales potential will also be considered.

- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
