- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and ensure an excellent first impression
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Handle front desk operations, appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor records
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Business Setup & Corporate Services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Administration teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Achieve daily call targets and contribute to business growth while maintaining high customer service standards
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in Reception, Telesales, Customer Service, or similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Confident, target oriented, and customer focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of UAE Business Setup or Corporate Services is preferred but not mandatory

Overview
- We are looking for a professional, customer focused, and target driven Receptionist & Telesales Executive to manage our front office while supporting the sales team by generating leads and scheduling appointments.
