- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Drive revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and converting qualified leads
- Advise clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation solutions
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline through regular coaching and reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate clients
- Collaborate with Operations and PRO teams to ensure a seamless client journey
- Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, licensing, and market trends
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of UAE Business Setup or Corporate Services sales experience
- 1–2 years of sales team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE licensing and company formation processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- UAE driving licence is preferred
