What You'll Do
- Connect with potential clients via outbound calls, building rapport and qualifying interest in projects by TIER 1 developers (DAMAC, SOBHA, BINGHATTI, among others)
- Schedule video call meetings and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Follow up strategically with prospects across the buying journey
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 3 years of tele calling experience in real estate where persuasion and trust building matter
- Multilingual fluency in languages (Hindi essential)
- Professional level English communication
- Currently based in the UAE
- Available for immediate joining
- Candidates with valid UAE residency sponsorship preferred
