As a Tele Calling Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and investors, turning warm leads into qualified appointments for our sales team.
This isn't cold calling into the void; you'll work with quality leads and proven scripts that convert.
What You'Ll Do
- Connect with potential clients via outbound calls, building rapport and qualifying interest in premium property offerings
- Schedule video call meetings and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Follow up strategically with prospects across the buying journey
- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
What You Bring
- Minimum 2-3 years of tele calling experience in real estate where persuasion and trust-building matter
- Multilingual fluency in languages (Hindi essential; Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, or others a strong advantage)
- Professional-level English communication
- Currently based in the UAE
- Available for immediate joining
- **Candidates with valid UAE residency sponsorship preferred**
