About The Role

We are currently hiring a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to support our real estate sales operations in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to handle client inquiries professionally, and a target-oriented approach to sales.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients and introduce available real estate projects
  • Follow up with inquiries received through online campaigns, property portals, and company databases
  • Understand client requirements and assist in identifying suitable property options
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when required
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships
  • Update customer information, call records, and follow-up details in the CRM system
  • Support the team in achieving monthly sales and lead conversion targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer handling
  • Real estate experience in Abu Dhabi is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sales calls professionally and confidently
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
