About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional Leasing Consultant to join our team.

The selected candidate will assist prospective tenants, manage rental inquiries, and support the leasing process from inquiry stage until move-in.

Key Duties

  • Handle incoming rental inquiries through calls, messages, and online platforms
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential tenants
  • Explain property details, rental terms, and community features clearly
  • Assist clients throughout the leasing and documentation process
  • Follow up with leads and maintain professional client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth leasing operations
  • Maintain updated records of inquiries, viewings, and leasing activities

Candidate Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and coordination skills
  • Sales or leasing experience is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE rental market is preferred

Additional Preference

  • Candidates with a valid UAE driving license and own car will be preferred.
