Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Reach out to new leads, past buyers, and marketing campaign responses by phone.
- Pitch car models and automotive services to prospective customers.
- Answer questions about vehicle specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Close deals or book showroom test drives.
- Handle inbound client inquiries and resolve customer problems.
- Provide information about car parts and vehicle availability.
- Log client interactions and update contact databases using company software.
- Schedule follow-up tasks for prospects and customers.
- Meet daily call volume metrics, conversion quotas, and monthly revenue goals.
Key Requirements and Skills
- One to three years of experience in telesales, customer care, or car dealership sales is required.
- Exceptional verbal persuasion, active listening, and phone-based negotiation abilities are required.
- Understanding of vehicle features and market pricing trends is required.
- Basic knowledge of auto financing is required.
- Comfort using CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools such as WhatsApp Business is required.
