Role Overview

Repair vehicle dents, dings, and hail damage using paintless dent repair techniques while preserving the original factory finish.

Work as a detail-oriented technician in an automotive repair shop or collision center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality PDR on customer vehicles, including small dents, dings, and hail damage.
  • Inspect damage and determine suitable repair methods.
  • Use specialized tools to remove dents without affecting vehicle paintwork.
  • Meet company and industry standards for safety and quality.
  • Communicate repair status and timelines to service advisors, estimators, and customers.
  • Maintain the work area and company tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven PDR Technician experience is preferred, with two to three years preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PDR tools and techniques is required.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision is required.
  • High attention to detail and craftsmanship is required.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • PDR certification or formal training is a plus.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
