About the Role

  • This is a full time, on site Tele Caller (Pre Sales) role based in Dubai.
  • The Tele Caller will contact potential clients from provided leads and databases, introduce Waymor’s real estate services and projects, and qualify prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to initial inquiries
  • Accurately capture client information in the CRM system
  • Nurture leads
  • Schedule property viewings or follow up meetings for the sales team
  • Provide timely reminders and confirmations
  • Update lead statuses
  • Share basic project details
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and meet pre sales targets

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and active listening
  • Experience in tele calling, pre sales, customer service, or a similar client facing role, preferably in real estate or related sectors
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email for tracking leads and documenting interactions
  • Ability to understand client needs, ask relevant qualifying questions, and present information in a concise, engaging manner
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage
  • Goal oriented mindset with the ability to handle high call volumes and work toward daily and monthly targets
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in all client communications
  • High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and RERA guidelines is an advantage

Pay range and compensation package
