- Ability to understand client needs and ask relevant qualifying questions
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage
- Goal oriented mindset with ability to handle high call volumes and work toward targets
- High school diploma required; diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus

About the Role
- This is a full time, on site Tele Caller (Pre Sales) role based in Dubai.
- The Tele Caller will contact potential clients from provided leads and databases, introduce Waymor’s real estate services and projects, and qualify prospects.

Qualifications

- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email for tracking leads and documenting interactions
- Ability to understand client needs, ask relevant qualifying questions, and present information in a concise, engaging manner
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage
- Goal oriented mindset with the ability to handle high call volumes and work toward daily and monthly targets
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in all client communications
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and RERA guidelines is an advantage
