Role Overview

  • Waymor Real Estate is looking for an energetic and driven Presales Executive to join our Dubai team.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand client requirements and identify suitable property options.
  • Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and customer interactions within CRM systems.
  • Conduct consistent follow ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
  • Support proposal preparation, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of prospective buyers and investors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company's values.
  • Contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
  • Confidence in speaking with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and in person
  • Positive attitude, self motivation, and target oriented mindset
  • Ability to work from our Dubai office
  • Previous experience in Sales, Presales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Real Estate
  • Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
  • Experience using CRM platforms and lead management tools
  • Strong lead qualification and prospect nurturing skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
