Responsibilities
- Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable property options
- Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead records and customer interactions within CRM systems
- Conduct consistent follow ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, and client documentation
- Build and maintain a strong network of prospective buyers and investors
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company's values
- Contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Confidence in speaking with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and in person
- Positive attitude, self motivation, and target oriented mindset
- Ability to work from our Dubai office
- Previous experience in Sales, Presales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Real Estate
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
- Experience using CRM platforms and lead management tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory

Role Overview
