What You Will Do

• Define, develop, and continuously evolve cloud architecture across design, deployment, security, and operations.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code automation using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation for production application deployments.
• Partner with Cybersecurity teams to implement secure cloud architectures that meet industry compliance requirements.
• Apply cloud optimization practices to improve reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead impact assessments and support decisions about technology, architecture, and implementation strategy.
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting production systems with development and operations teams.

What You Bring to PTC

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud-based production environments.
• Working knowledge of building or applying AI agents for DevOps, CloudOps, automation, or operational efficiency.
• Strong experience designing, building, and operating systems in AWS cloud environments.
• At least 2 years of hands-on cloud automation experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• At least 2 years of production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS ECS or similar container technologies.
• Strong Unix/Linux and shell scripting experience.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, networking fundamentals, and cloud connectivity concepts.
• Experience with high-availability and fault-tolerant architectures.
