- Drive rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology
- Lead independently small engagements or stream of work end to end across all delivery components
- Identify and nurture pull through business opportunities and support business development efforts
- Collaborate with clients and within Accenture to align business and technology priorities
- Develop content knowledge and share through involvement in technology strategy operations and communities of practice
- Lead creation of thought leadership assets presenting innovative insights on technology strategy domains
- Interact with senior management at client and/or Accenture to steer recommendations and obtain buy in
Requirements
- Experience in technology advisory and/or implementation
- Strong data driven consulting with focus on business and technology value architecting
- Experience in core technology strategy offerings: IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, cloud
- Industry experience in Oil & Gas/Energy Sector or related industries
- MBA or business school education preferred
- Ability to lead small engagements or streams of work end to end

Key Responsibilities

- Lead independently small engagements or stream of work end to end across all delivery components: client satisfaction, value delivered, teams management, financials, etc.
- Identify and nurture pull through business opportunities, support business development effort with client and Accenture teams until successful sale closure.
- Collaborate with clients and within Accenture to align their business and technology priorities.
- Develop content knowledge and share through pro active involvement in technology strategy operations and community of practices.
- Lead the creation of well articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insights on a specific market relevant technology strategy domain.
- Interaction with senior management at a client and/or Accenture to steer recommendations and obtain buy in on matters that may require alternate approach.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong data driven consulting with focus on business and technology value architecting and realization.
- Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments.
- Management of team efforts at a client or within Accenture.
- Ability to pull through business opportunities.
- Experience and understanding of core technology strategy offerings: IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, cloud.
- Experience in technology advisory and/or implementation.
- Industry experience in Oil & Gas/Energy Sector or related industries either directly or via consulting engagements.
- Pro actively acquired business knowledge beyond technical role or via business school i.e. MBA.
