Troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting test-cell systems, test-bed PCs, data acquisition platforms, automation solutions, and related operational technologies.

Support existing applications built using .NET Framework, VBScript, and comparable legacy Microsoft-stack technologies.
Identify and implement opportunities to modernize legacy codebases, software architectures, integration patterns, and data layers.
Develop and enhance Java-based solutions as part of the modernization of legacy .NET applications and supporting services.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Bachelor of Technology preferred.
Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
2+ years of professional software-development, technical-support, technology-service-management, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
Experience supporting production systems, operational technology, lab environments, test systems, or other business-critical technology platforms.
Experience troubleshooting complex hardware, software, networking, integration, data, and operational issues.
Experience collaborating with customers, engineering teams, vendors, infrastructure teams, and cross-functional technology stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and drive issues through resolution.
Strong communication, customer-service, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with .NET Framework, VBScript, or comparable legacy Microsoft-stack technologies.
Proficiency in Java, including experience developing or modernizing applications and integrating with third-party or vendor APIs and SDKs.
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL for data management, troubleshooting, reporting, and application support.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-hosting or modernization concepts.
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated build, deployment, rollback, and release processes.
Understanding of software-development practices, including source control, automated testing, code reviews, documentation, and secure coding.
Experience supporting systems in a high-availability operational environment where reliability and timely incident response are critical.
General familiarity with networking and information-security fundamentals, including network segmentation, private or isolated network architectures, secure configuration practices, and access controls.
Direct experience modernizing or migrating legacy .NET Framework and VBScript applications to Java, cloud-native, or modern enterprise architectures.
Experience supporting laboratory, test-cell, dynamometer, manufacturing-test, or engineering-test environments.
Experience developing or supporting software for automotive test stands, instrumentation systems, or real-time test environments.
Experience integrating vendor-supplied data-acquisition and test-automation platforms through APIs, SDKs, and instrument-control protocols such as GPIB, CAN, Modbus, VISA, or OPC UA.
Experience applying artificial intelligence tools to software modernization, code migration, code refactoring, anomaly detection, predictive analysis, or test-data analytics.
Experience with cloud-native architecture, containerization, infrastructure automation, observability, and modern DevOps practices.
Experience working with secure, segmented, isolated, or production-sensitive technology environments.
Familiarity with automotive product development, vehicle testing, component testing, certification, or laboratory operations.
