Technology Solutions Engineer

As a Technology Solutions Engineer , you will own the reliability, integration, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of enterprise applications supporting HR, finance, and operations.

You will serve as a technical partner to business and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions while ensuring the systems you support remain reliable and effective in production.

You will design integrations, automate manual processes, troubleshoot complex issues across applications and data flows, and help shape how enterprise technologies work together.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates, identifying opportunities to improve how work gets done, and using technology to turn those opportunities into practical solutions.

For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $100,000–$130,000 per year.

This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employee’s overall contribution to the organization.

• Own the technical health and production reliability of a portfolio of enterprise applications across HR, finance, and operations, helping ensure business continuity and a strong employee experience.
• Design, build, and maintain API-driven integrations and data workflows connecting enterprise applications, internal services, and third-party platforms.
• Identify manual or inefficient processes and develop automation solutions that reduce repetitive work, improve accuracy, and enable teams to focus on higher-value activities.
