- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across assigned exhibitions and conferences
- Drive audience acquisition, delegate registration, and exhibitor engagement through targeted marketing activity
- Collaborate with Exhibition Directors and project teams to align marketing plans with commercial and growth objectives
- Manage end to end campaign delivery across digital, email, social media, PR, partnerships, and content channels
- Develop engaging marketing assets and promotional materials in coordination with internal creative teams
- Maintain and manage campaign timelines, ensuring all marketing deliverables are executed on schedule
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations
- Support lead generation and audience targeting strategies in alignment with sales and sponsorship teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- 6 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within events, exhibitions, media, or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution
- Experience managing multi channel campaigns and performance tracking
- Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness
