- Resolve complex technical issues in coordination with the principal's technical support team
- Support vehicle preparation and ensure quality repairs and timely delivery
- Provide technical guidance to technicians and support Service Advisors during inspections
- Explain technical issues and repair recommendations to customers
- Manage technical support cases, reports, and documentation
- Conduct road tests and final inspections to verify repair quality
- Investigate customer complaints and repeat repairs, ensuring ISO compliance
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, local regulations, QHSEMS, and safety requirements
Requirements
- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile
- 3 4 years of experience in similar role in an OEM/Authorised dealership
- Deep knowledge of automotive systems and advanced technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot automotive mechanical/electrical/electronic complaints

Position Overview
