Role overview
TMX is seeking a strategic technology leader to own enterprise platforms and the corporate technology ecosystem.
The role will modernize the digital workplace and create an integrated employee experience across platforms, workflows, web tools, and AI technologies.
The position reports to the Head of Corporate Technology Services.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, with two to three days in the office at 100 Adelaide Street West.
Key accountabilities
- Define the multi-year strategy, governance, lifecycle management, and security guardrails for core enterprise platforms.
- Architect integrations, reduce redundant applications and technical debt, and align platform capabilities with business capabilities.
- Re-engineer workflows before automating high-volume or high-friction processes.
- Establish SLAs and performance dashboards covering platform health, user adoption, and license utilization.
- Align platform roadmaps with business goals and drive adoption and training campaigns.
- Manage strategic vendors, negotiate contracts, optimize SaaS spending, and align software roadmaps with AI capabilities.
- Lead and develop platform managers, API developers, and technical specialists.
