About the Role

- Create high level design artifacts
- Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module
- Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
Requirements
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto/Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (or 3 years progressive experience per year of education)
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 4 years of experience in Android Development
- At least 4 years of Kotlin and Java programming languages
- Exposure to hybrid mobile technology Flutter
- Good experience in project life cycle activities on development projects
- Experience in Telecom domain
- Expertise in Kotlin and Java programming languages
- In depth understanding of modern design patterns like MVVM, Viper, and Dagger
- Strong experience with Android Studio development environment
- Proven ability to write unit and integration tests using relevant frameworks

Role Overview
- Infosys is seeking an Android Developer.

Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be within commuting distance of Toronto/Mississauga, Ontario or willing to relocate.

- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Candidates authorized to work in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualification
- At least 4 years of Android Development experience.
- At least 4 years of Kotlin and Java programming languages.
- Exposure to hybrid mobile technology Flutter.
- Good experience in project life cycle activities on development projects.
- Experience with cloud platforms and backend technologies relevant to mobile development is a plus.
- Ability to work in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience in Telecom domain.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Expertise in Kotlin and Java.
- In depth understanding of MVVM, Viper, and Dagger.
- Strong experience with Android Studio.
- Proven ability to write unit and integration tests.
Additional Information
- Job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
- Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
- Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
- Estimated annual compensation range for Ontario: $92,740 to $123,375.
