- Manage end to end delivery of telecom BSS, Order Entry, Order Management, Catalog, CPQ, billing, CRM
- Gather requirements, assess solution impacts, prepare process flows, define functional requirements, and support delivery across cross functional teams
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, PMs, technical leads, QA teams, operations, vendors, and third party providers
- Support successful product launches, release readiness, testing coordination, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and post launch issue resolution
Requirements
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Canada or be willing to relocate to the area
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education)
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience

Job Overview
- Infosys is hiring for Senior telecom professional leading solution delivery, business analysis, and business process analysis for telecom delivery and transformation programs.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

- Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: Ontario CAD 92740 to CAD 105007.
