- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Understanding of Mobile Banking functions and concepts is good to have
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and concept is good to have
- Experience with Agile Delivery methodology is good to have
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar

Job Description
- The Junior Delivery Analyst/PMO works with Delivery Management to track the delivery operations and progress.
- The role supports the tasks and activities related to project/release delivery working closely with project leads to produce, document and track the activities and progress.
- The role will also require client interactions and presence when required.

Preferred Qualifications
